Rita Wilson has over three decades of experience in education, including teaching in some of the country's leading schools. Rita was the Deputy Secretary, Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations and also held additional charge of the Chief Executive of the (ICSE) Council. She has been a member of several state education Boards and associations and is on the Board of different schools and colleges.

As our ‘Education Lead’ Mrs. Wilson assists set vision, mission, ideology of projects we engage with. Bringing in her vast exposure to the education systems of Japan, Germany, England, Thailand, Singapore, Sharjah and Dubai during her several visits to these countries. Rita was listed as one of the fifty educationists reshaping Indian Education by the June 2006 issue of Education World, one of India's leading journals on education. She has initiated, conducted and organised workshops for school teachers and principals all over India.

She is the former Principal of Auckland House, Simla and Starex International School, Gurgaon. Rita has edited a series of books on English for school children.

Melwin BraggsMelwin Braggs

Melwin has been involved in setting up of several schools, he also is equipped to assist decision making in school take over. He has experience in legal structuring of the school entity. He has been actively involved in school projects facing student intake challenges.

Melwin is responsible for formulating new project strategies, legal structuring of entities, and delivering targeted business across functions. He also has exposure to acquisition & joint venture, Project evaluation, due diligence, Takeover structuring and Business forecast.

Melwin Braggs a postgraduate in management has over two decades of experience involving startup-setup. His experience encompassing variety of industries including education involving managing large & diverse teams across geographies has added true value to the projects he has handled. He has worked in areas of Recruitment, Training & Retention programme designing. Formulating products and designing communication medium to address segmented markets has been his strength along with structuring systems and processes for effective running of the business cycle.

While Melwin has extensive work exposure in the Indian market, he has extensively traveled to multiple foreign destinations which adds to his experience
